Tech Nation has launched a new Diversity and Inclusion toolkit. A guide for tech founders and their employees to help them build more diverse and inclusive businesses, and provide equal opportunities for everyone aspiring to work in UK Tech.

They deliver Academies that help businesses build diverse tech teams, and help individuals from under-represented backgrounds build rewarding tech careers. Removing the barriers for the next generation of technology talent and giving them the support they need to choose tech as their career path.       • OneTech are committed to changing the face of startups. If you are a female founder or from a Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority background, OneTech will support you throughout your journey.
    • Code First Girls

      • Code First Girls are dedicated to transforming tech by providing the skills, space and inspiration for women to become developers and future leaders. As a learner you can enrol on a course to become a web developer through coding kick starter which can fit around your studies or career switcher a course designed to fit around a full-time job.
    • Colour in Tech

      • Colour in Tech aspire to advance inclusion and equality in tech to inspire, accelerate and transform underrepresented talent. Colour in tech run programs aimed at students, entrepreneurs and experienced professionals. They host events aimed at schools C:Code a summit for next generation leaders, Black Tech Fest celebrating black innovation and creativity and Next Summit on the future of tech. Colour in Tech also run a number of online courses.
    • Stemettes

      • Stemettes target girls and young women between the ages of 5 and 25 to inspire and support them into Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM) careers.
    • UK Black Tech

      • UK Black Tech is an innovation group who aim to make the UK the most ethnically diverse tech ecosystem in the world. Offering services to businesses such as employer training and university programmes and mentorship.
    • Witty Careers

      • Witty Careers host events at Tech companies for black and ethnic minority women and have resources such as career workshops and video library and support tech professionals to reach their full potential.
    • Coders of Colour

    • Xuntos

      • Xuntos nurture talent through supporting a community of university students and recent graduates from under-represented groups in the technology industry, by enabling them to build relationships and learn from one another’s experiences. You can join their community to find out about upcoming job opportunities in tech and to meet others in the industry.
